How do I check the status of my order?

To check the status of your order, review past orders, or edit your account information login by selecting MY ACCOUNT here or in the top menu bar. If you do not yet have an account, simply create one with the email used to checkout. Your orders will be saved.

Can I use my discount code during a sale?
Discounts cannot be combined with other offers or reward vouchers. Purchases made stacking discounts will be cancelled. Sales also cannot be applied to previous orders placed before the sale has begun.


Shipping Rates, Delivery Timeframes, + Expedited Shipping:

We offer complimentary UPS ground shipping on all orders above $500 (excluding taxes and shipping) to the continental United States. We also offer complimentary shipping on all international orders above $1500 (excluding taxes and shipping).

Ground | $25.00 | 5-7 business days shipping time, excluding Saturday and holidays. Please allow 1-2 days for processing. During sale periods, please expect some delays in processing time. *

2nd Day Air | $50.00 | Arrives in two business days when ordered before 12pm CST, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.*

Next Day Air | $75.00 | Arrives next business day when ordered before 12pm CST, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays.*

* Please note that Two Day and Next Day Delivery refers only to delivery time and not to the time needed to prepare your order. If your item is pre-order, please allow 4-6 weeks for creation. 

* Shipping times are approximate.

* Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Saturday and holidays. Orders placed over Thanksgiving weekend will be shipped the following Monday. 

* UPS only delivers Monday-Friday, therefore Overnight Delivery shipped on a Friday will arrive on Monday.

*Shipments over $1000 require a direct signature.  USPS is the only shipping provider for PO Box addresses.  Any shipping charges due to bounced or undeliverability is the responsibility of the receiver of goods.
* We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by, but not limited to, the following: customs, weather, natural occurrences, air/ground transportation strikes/delays, or transfers, from UPS/DHL/FedEx to international mail carriers. Customers with non-contiguous US addresses (APO/FPO, Guam, Hawaii) may also take longer to deliver. 

Is my package protected from damage, theft, or loss during transit?
Porter Lyons has partnered with Route Package Protection to offer the option to add shipping insurance to your order. We highly suggest adding Route to insure replacement for lost, damaged, or stolen items. By deselecting protection, your order will automatically require Signature Confirmation upon delivery, and Porter Lyons is absolved of all responsibility for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.


Do you ship internationally?

All orders shipped outside of the United States are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country’s taxes, tariffs, and duties. These fees are not associated with Porter Lyons, LLC and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. We offer complimentary shipping on all international orders above $1500 (excluding taxes and shipping). In the event of a return or exchange the taxes, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.

In the case of international orders, the time of delivery depends on your country’s custom and postal services. International customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by all import restrictions to their countries, and for paying any and all fees, taxes, or tariffs induced.


How do I return or exchange a purchased item?

At Porter Lyons we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Online purchases are eligible for exchanges or store credit only within 20 days of order ship date. Items must be sent back in new, unworn condition in their original packaging. We offer free shipping on returns and exchanges – to facilitate your exchange, please head to our Exchange Portal.

* Store credit will be issued in the form of an e-gift card.

* Original shipping and insurance or package protection charges are non-refundable.

* All orders are eligible for one exchange. Continued exchange requests made for the same order will be at Porter Lyons' discretion.

Please note the following exceptions:​

* In-store purchases may be returned for store credit only within 20 days of purchase in unworn condition in original packaging with receipt.

*Please note that last chance sale items, special orders, customized, and engraved items are not eligible for returns or exchanges and are final saleWe have full discretion to determine if the item meets our terms and conditions for a return.

You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of receipt of your package by Porter Lyons LLC, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Holiday Eligibility Window
Items purchased within the holiday eligibility window (November 15th - December 25) are eligible for a longer return or exchange window of 30 days from ship date. In-store items will receive a store credit or e-gift card for the same eligibility window.


Jewelry by nature is delicate. Please use the utmost care when wearing and storing your jewelry. Porter Lyons has a 1-year warranty to cover manufacturer defects only. All repairs are at the discretion of our team upon in-person assessment of your piece. Jewelry repairs outside of this window are subject to a repair fee.

Please note, repairs are not eligible for purchases from an unauthorized retailers/sellers.  Because our items are made by hand with specially selected stones and other elements, we cannot guarantee we will be able to repair your item.


The PL Diamond Standard

All of our diamonds are Kimberley-certified (conflict-free). Unless stated otherwise, our diamonds are G-H color and SI1-SI2 clarity or better.

PL is committed to taking care of Mother Earth. All of our gold is recycled and we offer our packaging Recycling program, detail below.  

How do I properly care for my Porter Lyons products?

Porter Lyons’ jewelry is hand-crafted and therefore delicate. Please follow appropriate care guidelines to enjoy and preserve your jewelry.

We recommend that you periodically inspect clasps and other closures for secure fit.

If you have PL packaging that you are not planning on re-using, we'll provide you with a shipping label to send it back to us, and we'll thank you with a little something special.
