What is Lyons Loyalty?

Lyons Loyalty is Porter Lyons’ free rewards program. The more you spend, the more rewards and perks you receive.



How do I join Lyons Loyalty?

Head to the Rewards Page to create an account using the email address you shop with. If you already have a Porter Lyons account, login with the same credentials.



How is my tier status determined?

Lyons Loyalty tiers are determined based on overall money spent in-store or online at porterlyons.com during the year (after promotional offers and before taxes + shipping charges are applied) when using the email address on your account at checkout. 



Do points or tiers expire?

Points never expire. Tiers expire after one year of account inactivity. 



How do I redeem my rewards?

While signed into your account, scroll down to the “Available Rewards” section and click “redeem” on your selected reward. You will then be provided with a unique discount code which can be applied at checkout.



How long do points take to show up in my account?

After purchases, there is a 30-day delay for points to show up in your account and reflect appropriate tier status.



Where can I see my points balance?

Sign into your Rewards account and view your points balance, tier status, and rewards. You can always access your account using the diamond icon in the top right corner, next to your shopping tote.



What is referral?

Get rewarded when you share the love with friends! When they shop with your unique code, they'll receive $50 off their purchase of $350+ and you'll receive 1000 points.



What are Double Points Days?

Double Points Days are special event days throughout the year that reward you double the amount of points you typically receive in each tier when a purchase is made during the event.



Can I combine points with other discounts?

No, points cannot be combined with other discounts, offers, or sitewide sales.
