Sound bowls, or singing bowls, are an ancient meditative practice rooted in Tibetan culture. Each bowl size radiates a particular note, or hertz, that resonates with a specific chakra in the body. Firmly press the suede mallet against the bowl's rim in a circular motion using a full arm rotation to release the sound, and breathe deeply as you connect to body and soul.
