Lost back? Downsizing? Our concierge service is happy to assist in expertly matching your current Porter Lyons piercing stud with a proper back replacement. 

All of our designs are handmade therefore not all backs are interchangeable so to ensure a tight fit, all threaded flat backs are tested in house prior to shipping.

By taking part in this service we ask that you send your current Porter Lyons piece, insured, to our flagship location at 623 Royal Street, New Orleans, LA 70130. Porter Lyons is not responsible for any pieces lost in transit to our flagship.

Once we receive your piece, please allow 3-5 business days for matching, after which tracking information will be sent to the email on file.
